Cyber Infrastructure Day

UNM hosted this event last week. The purpose of the event is to highlight how members of the UNM community use modern technology in their research. Talking with Koch made me realize that no one knows what cyber infrastructure is and that it really has no meaning. With that said, it is associated with the open data movement and cloud storage of information in general.

I created a poster for the event that highlights how we as a lab use various Web 2.0 services (like Youtube, Flickr, Google Docs, etc) for our research to showcase how those tools can actually be useful for research/education in today's world. My poster can be viewed after the jump (because these files tend to bog down the loading time of the blog).
