Black Friday Tomorrow

For the past two years I've joined the Black Friday madness just to enjoy the desperation and pandemonium of Albuquerqians. Last year I even promised to make a buck or two on the Black Friday deals. Walmart usually has some pretty good deals and this year (like last) they are selling a $200 laptop. I was going to buy a bunch of the (3-6) and sell them on eBay because last year they were selling for over $350.

But now I'm feeling lazy and I don't want to get up at 3am wait in line for 2 hours and then spend $1000 to hold inventory for a week. It's just too much effort for me to make money. So instead I'm going to sit around the house and watch the deals on Amazon.com and hope for something that I can use.

Remember some places open at midnight while others have their doorbusters at 5am. Have a safe Black Friday if you need to go out. Just remember a lot of deals will come back before Christmas (and sometimes several times) so don't kill anyone to get a fruit cake.

you won't believe the stress you saved yourself by not participating. I like going to the small shops of local shop keepers and patronizing them. Keeping them in business does more for us than the big uncaring stores. But that's just my opinion... :):) I stayed out of the way on Friday also.
