P90X is Over!

Sort of. I'm done with all the core workouts (lifting, plyometrics, etc) and am now entering the rest week which consists of cardio workouts. I actually like this week as I get to do some core exercise stuff (core being every muscle group on your torso and upper legs). I'm going to focus on yoga and running for the week and just try and "cool down." I'm so glad to be done! I will provide the final update and my thoughts on the entire program at the end of this new week. Also "I'm Fat!" will be posted either Sat or Sun (depending on how quickly I can edit the videos I have compiled, and there are a lot!). That is all.
