List of Things I want to Deep Fry

So Stef got me a deep fryer for Christmas. That could be one of the best gifts I ever got and easily top two of gifts that aren't toys (I can't think of another but there might be one... maybe... most likely...). Unfortunately I haven't used it much because of my P90X adventure and my quest to change my life style (pound Reese's are not the healthy option I once thought). I did get to make chicken wings and french fries (I should write this recipe up) before I committed to a diet er... life style change, but now that I am trying to be fit I have to resort to dreaming. And so I dream of things I want to fry:

(in no particular order)
1. Reese's
2. Donuts
3. Chicken
4. Dumplings (pot stickers)
5. Oreos
6. Pizza (I did make a healthy version of this)
7. Ice Cream
8. Pancakes
9. Shrimp
10. Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

I want to try to fry anything and everything, but these are what I can remember thinking of or what just popped in there. I will post more things as I think of them, and after 90 days (76 from now) I will get cooking!

Side Note: Stef also got me the Ninja Master Prep for Christmas and I'm going to use it in a flurry when I am done. Without advertising too much, it actually does exactly what the infomercials and reviews say and I LOVE IT. I made healthy smoothies a few hours ago and they came out so smooth and perfect. Anyways can anyone say Ice Cream Shakes?

But Barbara, you forgot to give him the recipe for the fried avocados! Do Jason and I have to do everything for you? Ant, Jay and I made this a few months ago at my house, awesome! Take an egg and beat it, you will dip the avocados in it. Have on the side in a plate some Japanese Bread crumbs (Panko). They are much lighter in texture and crispier than other bread crumbs. Then add some Butt Rub to the Panko (it is a bit spicey, but yummy, so don't dump it in) I'm almost positive you can find this spice mixture in NM. Chris bought it in Arizona. So slice the avocados, dip in the egg batter, then the bread crumb mixture, then fry them up. YUMMY! Double check with Jay to make sure I didn't forget anything.

Love ya Babe,
