its un healthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week because when youre done with diet and get to your goal weight your going to balloon up to more than before

I heard that to be the case, but I've been through this many times before and I have never regained lost weight that has been on the major scale (ie more than 10 lbs). The only time it happened was when I was in Puerto Rico because I didn't have the best diet and when I came back I resumed normal eating... so I don't count that time.

it mainly depends on your diet a diet isn't for a short time its for a lifetime and it has to be sustainable so if your not happy on this diet find one that you are happy with and one where you eat what you want and do what you want
