Victories and Failures

I cannot even begin to fathom how my I'm Fat! plans are going. I am doing well with exercise but then I come home and pig out on the many assortments of goodies we have after Larry's birthday spectacular. I feel like I'm gaining weight, but losing fat, which is good. It's just not leaving my gut. I'm gonna have to try to eat better so that I can cut down the fat. I'm going to eat minimal sugars and max on the proteins. In my next post to come later today, I will write about what I am doing for exercise and eating.

The other day I was chillin with Stef and I made a really nice meal for dinner, but then like 2 hours later (like 10pm) I made her take me to the grocery store so I could buy pizza and ice cream. I then consumed all of it and drank soda and ate whatever candy she had. I felt like a huge fatty. My lunch yesterday consisted of M&M's, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Apple Strudel, and cookies. My dinner was healthy but then I followed it up with more M&M's. I'm such a fatty now.

Now I'm heading to the gym to lift and play a little basketball in hopes of slightly counteracting the misadventures of the past couple days. Wish me luck in my endeavors, and hit me up with some ideas for my next episode of I'm Fat!

Man, that makes me hungry. It's obvious why you do this: M&M's are one of the most delicious and satisfying foods ever created. Basically you are screwed until you can get those out of your house. We have them around my house for potty training purposes now, and I am eating them every day, morning noon and night. Well, never noon, because I am not home then. But if anyone gives me shit about it, I'm just like "what? I can't eat them too? I never have accidents in my pants, and I poop and pee in the potty, so I deserve these just as much as he does."

I am going to get back into running very soon, probably starting this weekend. I want to get back into running shape, then after the semester, try to start once / week lifting, and continue my half-assed Healthy McDonald's diet. Which, by the way, lowered my cholesterol noticeably in the past 4 weeks.

good for you on the lowering your cholesterol. I didn't know that was a problem for you, but still good for you.

not sure with your diet how your not 400 pounds, have you considered going on the Raw Foods diet - it takes off pounds fast. You should do another vid, you wonderful personality comes through better. It amazing your still hot with that diet, but you are.

Poor testingtfv is either going to have a thin kid that shits himself or a fat one that does not stink. He is teaching the kid young that bad food is a reward, shame on him.

Hey man! I've been watchin your progress on youtube, although you've only uploaded on video, but still. I'm also trying to drop a few pounds but my gut still jiggles when I walk so I'm not doing so good. I still can climb stairs without losing my breath and I haven't cut out any junk food yet (probably not so good)
anyways for your next vid show us your progress I guess, give us an update on what your body currently looks like and explain your excersize routine. I think I'm gonna embarras myself into losing weight by making a video showing the horrors of my fat stomach
anyways, peace

Hey Anonymous, m&ms do not make people fat. The people who sell m&ms make people fat. The whole Mars board of directors should be imprisoned. They make all of their candy far too delicious, to the point that I believe the conspiracy theory that they are collaborating with the government. They clearly have access to food ingredients which have been made extraordinarily delicious by US government scientists. These scientists are secretly working on these deliciousness innovations as part of government efforts to suppress minorities in this country. If you don't believe me, ask Reverend Wright, he will tell you all about it. I have heard that once Senator Obama is in charge of our land he is going to face this problem head on, and give all of us hope in being thin, once again. While the gas tax moratorium is indeed a silly idea, Senator Obama's plan to rebate vending machine fees immediately is a sound idea. It will take a while to stop the Mars Candy / US government anti-minority program, because he will have to initiate congressional hearings and all that. But he promises to immediately institute the vending machine fee rebate, which will have immediate effects. As it is now, people, mostly helpless minorities, are getting hit twice: first they are getting fat from M&Ms and other unnaturally delicious candies, and second they are being charged exorbitant fees by vending machines owned by White America. If you are a white man, you cannot understand this, but Senator Obama understands this all too well, especially from the times when he was a younger, fatter boy, long before he became an exceptionally tall, thin, senator man. As he quotes Reverend Wright, "As Reverend Wright has told me, quote 'The White Man cannot understand the plight of the Black Man his candy is plumping up! The closest the White Man comes to understanding is when his dollar bills are taken in by the vending machine, but the vending machine does not give him the candy when he pushes the button! He pushes E Four and no candy comes out and his money is gone. This happens to the White Man and he is frustrated for hours. But this is how I feel every minute of my life! The Vending Machine is the Great Equalizer of our times!' end quote."
